Holes in Net-Work System Prevent Sponsoring
Invention Development Advice - Internet Marketing
No fisherman worth his salt will drop nets with holes in them into the ocean and expect to catch anything. Neither should you if your networking company's model is peppered with holes. You sure won't sponsor many new people. In this case I'm referring to the Internet and how your system can be applied to make it grow your down line.

No fisherman worth his salt will drop nets with holes in them into the ocean and expect to catch anything. Neither should you if your networking company's model is peppered with holes. You sure won't sponsor many new people. In this case I'm referring to the Internet and how your system can be applied to make it grow your down line.

So many businesses and network marketing entities that use the duplication model in their compensation plans are completely in the dark as how to help their members navigate the constantly-evolving Internet. Because of this prevailing ignorance ninety-five percent or more of these new online entrepreneurs fail. They buy into all the hype that's advertised by these companies, spend a small fortune in money and time and never make it.

So, why can't these companies help their members succeed in their businesses? It becomes apparent that these parent companies don't possess the needed level of expertise to teach them. It can be compared to the differences between a manufacturer and its sales reps. Manufacturing companies excel at planning and producing products and all the various steps that come before and after that process. But they hire sales reps to find leads, develop relationships and make the sales. That's because sales people possess a certain talent for that sort of thing. They have a different kind of expertise that has served both them and the companies they represent well for untold generations in the brick and mortar world. But most of THEM can't make the internet work for them. Again, expertise!

If you're a net worker you may be pretty good with your computer. Perhaps you can put together a decent website, too. But honestly, if you're just getting by in your online business you're suffering from the same difficulties as complete amateurs. You haven't learned how to successfully promote your business. You can buy Google AdWords until you're blue in the face but if you didn't buy the right ones or bid too high you can spend yourself out of existence. If you bought a ton of leads from a lead source or even from your own organization to call or email that can become an exercise in futility, too because all too often the list is old and the people are already out of the market. Again, way too expensive!

So, it comes down to expertise again. You need to learn more. You need to work smarter than even your up-line does. If you are willing to educate yourself and do something other than what hasn't worked up to this point you can succeed. I am personally involved in online businesses where building down lines and selling services pays me very well. They are all online and I had to find out the hard way the information I am sharing with you now. Think of me as the guy who tried, failed and finally got it together. Now, I am a leader because I have trained myself to be one. My business continues to grow and people seek me out to work with me.

Isn't that what you want? Well, duhh, you say. Ok, then. The first thing you must learn when you're working the online portion of your business is the two, three or four-foot rule does NOT apply. Neither does the debt-free status of your company or the superiority of your products over your competitors. And if you're concentrating on sponsoring new people the compensation plan does'nt matter much either.

What does matter is YOU! You can have a kick-ass website that is supplied to you or one you built yourself with all the bells and whistles but none of that matters. What DOES matter is building credibility and a rapport with those who visit your site. You must concentrate on providing good content (credible information and your expertise) to them. Unless they consider you to be a leader in your field and someone who can answer their questions they won't trust you. They won't buy products from you and they sure won't sign up under you.

You must realize that people are very careful about buying online. They hear about the scams on the news all the time and don't want to be taken in. If you're sensitive to their worries and bring them along slowly you'll do all right. Just get them to trust and respect you and the value of your product or service in a credible manner. That is how the Internet works.

That's it in simple terms. The ball is in your court, now.
